Do you give prices over the phone?

Where the job is clear from a phone description (a specific boiler fault code, a known tap replacement), yes. Where we'd be guessing, we come out for a free look first, then quote before any work starts.

What boiler brands do you fit?

Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Viessmann and Glow-worm most often — we register the manufacturer's warranty for you on install, which usually means 8–12 years cover on parts.

Will you do gas work?

Yes — every gas job (boiler, hob, gas pipework, CP12 landlord certs) is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Card on request.

Do you do drain-jetting too?

For straightforward sink, toilet and outside-drain blockages, yes — rods, plunger, hand auger. For deep mainline drain jobs we'll either bring the right kit or recommend a specialist if it's a sewerage issue.

Do you do bathroom refits end-to-end?

We handle all the plumbing — supply pipework, waste, fitting, sanitaryware. For tiling and electrics we work alongside trusted local trades so the job runs in the right order.
